Cinquefoil Bowl with Lid
Reminiscent of the bold graphics of the 1960s, this bowl features bright red and pink cinquefoil flowers. The aspen wood lid, dyed black, coordinates with the black flower centers. It could be used anywhere in the house, providing cheerful color while holding sugar, salt, cotton balls, paper clips or other small items. Opening the lid reveals a fun polka-dot rim.
Height: 2-3/4” base only, 4-3/8” with lid
Top Diameter: 3-5/8”
Bottom Diameter: 2-3/8”

Cinquefoil is a member of the rose family and is widely distributed throughout the northern hemisphere. The five-petaled flowers are surrounded by five-lobed leaves. The plant was used by tribes of the Pacific Northwest for various medicinal purposes—to clean wounds, relieve pain and regulate digestive issues. Young shoots and leaves may be used as an herb or added to salads. A popular landscape shrub, it’s valued for its long bloom time and extreme hardiness.
