Hunter Cocktail Smoker

$55.00

Elevate your whiskey, bourbon or mixed drinks using this cocktail smoker. Since bourbon, rye and other American whiskies are usually aged in charred oak barrels, there’s already a flavor link between smoke and whiskey. The smoke improves the flavor and adds new depth. The base of this smoker is made of cottonwood and the lid is made of cherry. It comes with a metal strainer to fill with wood chips, whole spices, tea, nuts or woody herbs such as rosemary or thyme. You can choose to smoke the glass before adding the cocktail or smoke both of them together. Set the base of the smoker on top of the glass, light the combustible material in the strainer, add the lid once the material has started to smoke and let it sit for a minute or two. To get you started, a small package of wood chips is included.

Height: 2-5/8”
Top Diameter: 4-7/8” (max)
Base Diameter: 3-3/4”
Chimney Length: 5/8”

Robert Hunter was a Canadian environmentalist, journalist, author and politician. He was a co-founder of Greenpeace in 1971 and led the first on-sea, anti-whaling campaigns in the world, rallying against Russian and Australian whalers. His work helped lead to the ban on commercial whaling. He was named by Time magazine as one of the ‘eco-heroes’ of the 20th century.
